Flash Player installation problem

If you have trouble installing the new version of Flash Player to your computer use these steps:

Step 1: Install Flash Player properly

Uninstall your current Flash Player
Download the most recent version of the Flash Player
Save the installer anywhere on your computer (for example on Desktop)
Close your Internet browser and double click on Flash installer to activate it
After all installations are done (you have to agree all the terms etc.) - reopen your browser and try to load iPiccy again

Step 2: If you still have troubles

Go and read these installation instructions from Adobe:

For Windows users
For Mac users

Step 3: If nothing helped

Try to use Google Chrome browser (https://www.google.com/chrome)
Chrome will update Flash Player automatically to the most recent version when it's needed.
